Why am I receiving a letter from Ultimoo and not from the company itself?

You’re receiving a letter from Ultimoo because the company has handed over your file to us.

We handle the outstanding amount on behalf of our client. This means we:

  • Manage all communication

  • Receive and process payments

  • Make agreements with you (such as payment plans or postponement)

  • Guide your file until it is fully resolved

Our client has authorized us to act on their behalf.
