You can check if a message is really from Ultimoo by looking at the following:
✅ Sender’s email or phone number
Our emails always come from an address ending in @ultimoo.nl. You can also check the phone number — it should match the one on our website.
✅ Your name and file number are correct
Fake messages often use generic wording like “Dear Sir/Madam.”
✅ No strange links or attachments
Ultimoo only sends secure links and never asks you to download files.
✅ The tone is clear but respectful
We never threaten or use language like “final warning” or “pay immediately or else...”.
