The NVI quality mark guarantees that Ultimoo Incasso is a very reliable and respectable debt collection partner that behaves professionally in urging your debtors to pay quickly and makes sure that the money collected remains secure at all times with the help of its secured trust account (Stichting Derdengelden). The quality mark gives you, as client or debtor, access to the arbitration scheme run by the NVI in the event of complaints about our activities. Disputes are handled by an independent Supervisory Board.
